Payment Terms

• Payment required in advance
• Work starts after payment
• Late payments policy

Revision Policy

• One or two revision rounds included
• Additional revisions charged separately

Cancellation Policy

• Coaching sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable
• Rescheduling policy

Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
